1. Cheeses Loves You Claude Brie, topped with Miele D’Oro raw honey and Tweed Pecans (our most raved about combo).

2. Tropical Fruit World avocados topped with Tweed Real Foods Avo Smash (also great for dusting on eggs).

3. Cubby Bakehouse almond croissant (beware, these are addictive!).

4. The Chilli Chick Shop A Little Bit Jammy (pear, saffron and a touch of chilli relish, delicious on just about anything!).

8. Byron Bay Crackers, Salt & Seed Crackers (you just can’t platter without them).

9. Mad Mountain Family Farm Davidson Plum Jam (local native food with zing).

10. Seasonal fruit, picked fresh from the Tropical Fruit World farm (visit the Saturday morning market or take a tour).

11. The Muesli Folk hand-crafted blueberry, macadamia & pecan, maple-infused crunchy muesli (worth eating straight from the bag).

12. Kitz Living Food raw fig and macadamia nut chunks (delicious on their own or topped with blue cheese).

13. Innobake handmade Basil and Feta Pesto (it’s a close tie with their smoked Baba Ganoush – the best we’ve tried).

14. Grumpy Grandma’s Lemon Myrtle Infused Olive Oil (mixed with Tweed Real Foods Cheeseboard Splash for dunking bread).


15. Byron Spice Palace Macadamia Dukkah with Sumac and Chilli (dunk bread in this Dukkah after you’ve done number 14).

16. Byron Bay Olive Company Australian Cocktail Mix, Organic Olives (and their Marinated Garlic is also a must-try).

17. Barak Gourmet Foods Hummus with Za’atar (dip with local carrots, radishes and cucumber – grown in the foothills of Wollumbin).
